White pine oil

Pinus sylvestris

Obtained from the needles and bearing twigs of the White pine (Pinus sylvestris) through steam distillation.

Application:

in perfumery as a component of perfume compositions with pine fragrance, for giving scent to soaps, deodorants, bath preparations, disinfectants such as air – fresheners.

Composition:

α – pinene, β – pinene, limonene, camphene, borneol, bornyl acetate etc.
