Milfoil (Yarrow) oil

Obtained from the ground part of the plant Milfoil (Achillea millefolium) through steam distillation.

Application:

in perfumery and cosmetics in forms compositions of men’s perfume and cosmetic products. In medicine it is used in medications of styptic and anti – inflammatory action.

Composition:

α and β – pinene, camphene, limonene, 1.8 – cineol, terpineol, borneol and their esters, bornyl acetate, terpinyl acetate, camphor, sesquiterpens, mainly cariophyln, azulenes giving blue color of the oil.
